Goals

This course aims to develop appropriate skills regarding Business Intelligence (BI) methods and procedures for the use of company data, aimed at multidimensional and multi-level control of business performance. It provides expertise on BI techniques and functionalities of integrated ERP information systems for control and strategic and operational decision-making, based on preventive and forecast analyses of the company’s available management data. The course also illustrates Business Analytics methods for predictive analysis, which integrates BI functionalities with data from online sources such as Open Data and Big Data.
