Objectives
EDIH4MARCHE offers companies an assessment service that provides an in-depth analysis of the company’s production processes from a digital perspective, supported by a managerial figure who provides assistance and consulting at each involved company. The service providers for this assessment are the 5 DIHs belonging to their respective trade associations. The analysis tools vary depending on the business reality and the sector to which the company belongs:
DMA
Measures the digital maturity of a company according to the criteria developed by the European Commission.
Zoom 4.0
Guided evaluation of production processes based on the model of the Chamber of Commerce.
Test industria 4.0
Measures the digital maturity of the 8 main business processes based on the model developed by POLIMI.
At the end of the activity, the company will receive a report with the assessment of the AS-IS situation and the TO-BE situation, along with indications for the subsequent steps (potentially achievable within EDIH4Marche through the provision of additional services).
