5 Digital Innovation Hub

The DIH Marche is a non-profit association, established in February 2018, to support the digital transformation processes of companies, as part of the National Industry 4.0 Plan. The founding members are Confindustria Marche, Confindustria Ancona, Confindustria Ascoli Piceno, Confindustria Fermo, Confindustria Macerata, and Confindustria Pesaro e Urbino. The Digital Innovation Hub Marche supports SMEs by enabling them to grow and develop, promoting business processes of digital transformation, innovation, and sustainability.

EDI is the Digital Innovation Hub of Confcommercio-Enterprises for Italy, created under the Industry 4.0 Plan. It supports businesses in terms of vision, skills, and know-how in implementing processes of change and innovation. EDI operates nationwide through SPIN (Innovation Desks), hubs dedicated to providing training and consulting services focused on technological innovation.

EDI.Marche Confcommercio Marche is the digital innovation ecosystem that supports businesses in the service sector in their digital transformation as part of the National Industry 4.0 Plan, becoming the point of reference for the entire system on the topic of digital innovation. It is the Digital Innovation Hub of Confcommercio Marche. An accelerator for the business of companies in commerce, tourism, and services, EDI.Marche offers support for the transformation process, starting with a free test that evaluates the company’s level of digital and technological maturity. Among the services offered by EDI.Marche are personalized consulting and training, matching the demand and supply of ICT services and technologies, identifying funding opportunities and participation in calls for tenders, as well as digital services and turnkey technological solutions.

The Digital Innovation Hub Confartigianato Imprese Marche is the Competence Center tailored to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, supporting their digital and sustainable transformation, including through the adoption of enabling technologies outlined in the national Transition 4.0 and 5.0 measures. The DIH Confartigianato is staffed with specialized technical personnel, already trained in understanding the organizational models of Marche businesses and the potential pathways for their business evolution. It is capable of directly providing innovative services, technologies, training, and resources that companies truly need, or sourcing them through its network of collaborations with other scientific and technological innovation actors at the regional, national, and international levels

Marche Digital Innovation Società Cooperativa is a Digital Innovation Hub in the Marche region, dedicated to supporting cooperatives in their digital transformation. It offers training for digital skills, strategic support, and access to funding. The hub facilitates the creation of innovative ecosystems and participates in the EDIH4Marche project, providing digital maturity assessments and tailored training services.

MIH-cna-cdo

Marche Innovation Hub (MIH) is the digital innovation hub promoted by CNA Ancona, CNA Marche, CDO Marche Sud, and Parsec Hub for businesses in the Marche region that aim to develop their technological and innovative capabilities. MIH launched its activities in January 2020, thanks to funding from the Marche Region (L.R. 25/18), with the goal of raising awareness among businesses about the advantages of 4.0 technologies, creating a network of digital expertise, and offering targeted services and consulting.

2 University

The Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM), formerly the University of Ancona, is one of the most important technical universities in Italy. Since 1970, UNIVPM has been active in various scientific and technical fields. The master’s degree program has been in place since 1970. Research activities across its 5 faculties (Engineering, Science, Economics, Medicine, and Agriculture) involve 12 departments that cover the major scientific and technological disciplines.

The University of Camerino (UNICAM), founded in 1336, is one of the oldest universities in Italy, located in the Marche region. It offers a wide range of degree courses and research programs in fields such as science, technology, law, health, and architecture. With a strong focus on the quality of education and innovative research, UNICAM fosters an international environment and collaborates with institutions and businesses to promote regional development

1 Laboratory

ILABS

i-Labs Industry is a non-profit consortium company founded in February 2022, accredited as a Training Entity by the Marche Region, and registered in the National Research Registry and the Innovative Start-up Register. It supports companies in their innovation processes towards Industry 5.0 by offering expertise and equipment through dedicated services.

2 Competence Center

MADE is one of the eight Competence Centers for Industry 4.0 established by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) with the goal of guiding Italian companies through the digitalization process via activities such as orientation, training, and the execution of technology transfer projects. MADE is a consortium composed of 47 partners, including 42 private companies that are technology providers or leading consulting firms, 4 universities (Politecnico di Milano, University of Brescia, Bergamo, and Pavia), and 1 public entity (INAIL).

ARTES 4.0 (Advanced Robotics and Enabling Digital Technologies & Systems 4.0) is one of the national Competence Centers with high specialization selected by MIMIT to support businesses. It specializes in advanced and collaborative robotics, as well as enabling technologies for Industry 4.0 and 5.0. ARTES 4.0 has an active location in Jesi and offers testing, experimentation services, and training programs

1 Public Entity

The Chamber of Commerce of the Marche – the fifth largest chamber in Italy and the first in terms of geographical area – supports the network of nearly 150,000 businesses in the Marche region and promotes the economic development of the area. Through its Digital Business Point (Punto Impresa Digitale), it helps SMEs in their digital and sustainable transition processes by offering a wide range of activities, including information, training, guidance, assessment, and incentive programs.
